At the IIC’s Middle East and Telecommunications Forum hosted by ictQATAR (Twitter) in Doha, a panel was held addressing Broadband Trends in the Middle East – What Can Be Learnt From Elsewhere?

The sessions was moderated by Martin Cave, Professor and Director, Centre for Management under Regulation Warwick Business School. Panelists were: Dr. Jeffrey Cole, Director, Center for the Digital Future and Research Professor, USC Annenberg School and Sanda Cheuk, Head of Regulatory Division, Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA), Hong Kong.
